Enjoyable overall experience. Charming and nice hotel located in a lovely area next to vineyards, and old town of Kayserburg. Lots of options, good food. Very very helpful staff, warm twin/double room...

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy, traditional feel. The common areas were well-kept and provided a comfortable place to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible for me, with no stairs to climb and clear signage to guide me around.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Delicious Alsatian Cuisine: The restaurant at the hotel offers a classic menu of the Alsatian terroir, and I must say, the flavors were truly exceptional. The chef's creative dishes combined regional flavors and traditional techniques, resulting in a culinary experience that was nothing short of divine. Each bite was like a symphony of flavors, leaving my taste buds dancing with delight.
Inconsistent Service: Despite the culinary delights, I did experience a minor hiccup with the service. There seemed to be a delay in serving the main course, and even though I brought it to their attention, it took some time for them to rectify the situation.

We stayed at Au Fief Du Chateau for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with options like omelets made to order. The hotel provided free parking in a safe and convenient location. We loved how central the hotel was, especially with the biggest winery just a stone's throw away. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful vineyards surrounding the village were a delightful bonus. it was a memorable experience.

Great value for money, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short drive from the highway but still in a peaceful and charming spot.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.
